Paul Walker And Taylor Swift Top Most Charitable Celebrities List

DoSomething.org has released their annual list of "Celebs Gone Good", aka the most charitable celebrities of the year.  On the list this year: Taylor Swift, who donated $100,000 to the Nashville Symphony (not to mention the $4 million she gave to the Country Music Hall of Fame).  Justin Bieber may be misbehaving in the public eye, but behind the scenes he's doing a lot of good.  He raised more than a million dollars for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan and became the record holder for most Make-A-Wishes granted – 200 of them! 

Also on the list was Beyonce (we'll overlook the fact that she just blew $100,000 on alcohol in one night…) for her work with "Chime for Change".  The Vampire Diaries hottie Ian Somerhalder continued his work to make the world a better place through "ISF", the foundation he started on his birthday three years ago.  Check out the full list below.
