Jenna Dewan-Tatum Shares How Hard Motherhood Is

Jenna Dewan-Tatum didn’t give herself too much time off after the birth of her daughter Everly three months ago.  The new mom shares how things are going for her as a new mom and returning to work just a few weeks after giving birth.

Jenna has been hard at work on her new Lifetime series “The Witches of East End” and she shares that juggling motherhood and work has been tricky.  “It’s hard. It definitely is a challenge. I’m finding I’m getting more in the flow of things now. It’s about switching the brain like, “OK, now I’m mom, now I’m the actress” and then jumping into character and then coming back and breast feeding.  It’s a juggle, but I kind of feel like every mom who goes back to work feels this.”

The actress also says that becoming a mom has changed everything for her.  She explains, “Everyone can tell you certain things about motherhood and say it’ll change your life but it’s really a transformative moment that naturally changes everything. For me, everything feels different, everything matters more, every action I take, I think of her first.”
