Every year around Halloween, bags of candy corn line store shelves. Using these holiday treats to make a Halloween craft is healthier than eating them! This cool decorative DIY can be done in just a few steps. (Note: This is not a craft for kids. A hot glue gun should only be handled by Mom.) Read on to learn how to make this seasonal craft.

Supplies:

DIY Candy Cornballs Craft Supplies

  • 4-inch styrofoam ball
  • 16 ounce bag candy corn
  • hot glue gun
  • hot glue sticks

Instructions:

Step 1: Dispense a generous amount of hot glue onto the ball and press the candy corn (yellow side down) carefully into glue. Let dry a few seconds before repeating the process.

Step 2: Continue all the way around the entire ball.

Step 3: The Candy Corn Ball makes a great focal element for the a large candlestick, or fill a bowl with these Candy Corn Balls!
